Olivia ran track her freshman year until she hurt her knee and then sat out the second half of the season. Sophomore year was Covid. Junior year she didn't run. Senior year she decided to give it another go...and we're so happy she did. We just wish she would've had more time to figure out which event was perfect for her. She mainly threw the shot put, ran relays, the 100m dash, 400m hurdles, 400, and long jump (once!). She had a fun time (especially with her brother coaching and she also loved working with coach Jerrod) and even qualified for the state meet. We will sure miss watching her run.
