When we weren't out exploring with the Buettners, we were eating.....
or, playing games.
Another stop we made was a rose plantation tour. Roses are a huge export here. We can buy 2 dozen for about $2.50! So, it was super fun to tour the greenhouses and see rows and rows of roses. Each greenhouse had 2 different colors. They also grow them specifically for different countries and their likes. For example, Russia likes the bulbs to be very large - so they put a netting on them so that they stay closed but grow larger. Other countries like longer stems and others like certain colors at different times of the year.
