GREAT NEWS!  

This is how we felt when we walked out of the Cedula office!!!

We walked right in to the cedula office and instead of waiting and standing in the proper line, Chad decided to do things the "Ecuadorian" way.....and it worked!!  He had made small talk with the guy who did his cedula last time and realized that they had some common ground.  So, on Wednesday he walked right back to his cubicle (instead of waiting like the other 500 people) and the guy told him he would help us as soon as he was done with the guy in front of us.  We were done in record time with no problems!  I'm convinced it was because you all were praying for us!
