PVC Team #1

WAY back in June we were privileged with having the teens from our home church come for a visit.  It was so fun to have friends we have known forever come and see what life is like for us here in Ecuador.   We have so many experiences and pictures to share with you, we will have to share them over a few days.

One of the neatest things about the trip is that we arranged for one of Josiah's friends from the US to visit as a surprise.  He had no idea.  We were so grateful Ethan's parents and the PVC leaders help make it happen.  Josiah said it was the best surprise ever!  Here's a video of Josiah finding Ethan in his room!

The team's focus was on serving.  Well, they did A LOT of it!  They helped us by painting classrooms, refinishing shelves and picnic tables, and putting in a drop ceiling at Nate Saint Memorial school (where our kids attend).  They worked so hard we had to keep adding on more things to keep them busy!
